Master´s degree field

Organic Chemistry

brings up university-educated specialists well versed in all disciplines of chemistry like inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry and biochemistry. Graduates gain detailed knowledge of organic chemistry, structure and stereochemistry of individual structure types of organic molecules, their functional derivates, structure of these functional groups and resulting reactivity, classical and modern methods of organic compounds synthesis, modern physical methods to determine their structure, use of separation techniques and methods to determine course of chemical reactions. Students are familiar with computer methods of literary research in available databases and methods of computer modelling of molecular properties.
