Markéta Machálková: Application engineer - Life Science

Markéta Machálková is a graduate of a PhD in Chemistry at Masaryk University, which she completed in January 2020. At the same year, she started working at TESCAN ORSAY HOLDING a.s. an Application engineer for Life Science. TESCAN is one of the world's five largest electron microscope manufacturers, with production focused on scanning electron microscopes, focused ion beam microscopes and microtomographs. Electron microscopes also commonly have integrated analytical tools for chemical analysis, such as analyzers for energy dispersive spectroscopy, secondary ion mass spectrometry, and Raman spectroscopy.
